Dean for Outreach and Global Affairs

The Office of the Dean for Outreach and Global Affairs has primary responsibility over providing support in the development of college policies and programs relating to issues particular to global affairs. He oversees all partnership agreements and research collaborations with foreign institutions; all study away experiences, scholarships, donations, recruitments, and any form of international exchange.

This web site is updated regularly to offer information about a wide range of topics useful to incoming international students and scholars, both before and after their arrival in Liberia. The Office of the Dean for Outreach and Global Affairs provides support in the development of college policies and programs relating to issues particular to international students. The office maintains active relationships with the Office of Admissions, the Dean of Student Affairs, the Office of Academic Services, and Financial Services.

Collins holds a B.A. degree from the Metropolitan State University, two masters’ (MA and MBA) from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a PhD from Hamline University.
